Returns Policy
Return Window
- Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to missing or incorrect items.(The video must show the package being opened from a sealed condition.)
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery
- Clearance or sale items (as mentioned on the product page)
How to Initiate a Return

- Mention your Order ID and registered contact number
- Share the reason for return along with clear images of the product
- Our team will guide you through the pickup process
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after product pickup and quality verification.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
- COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (details to be shared by the customer)
Exchange Policy (Within 10 Days of Delivery)
