At Zahvey, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn’t right, our return and exchange policy is designed to be clear and hassle-free.


Returns Policy


Return Window

  • Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to missing or incorrect items.(The video must show the package being opened from a sealed condition.)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery
  • Clearance or sale items (as mentioned on the product page)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at houseofzahvey@gmail.com
  2. Mention your Order ID and registered contact number
  3. Share the reason for return along with clear images of the product
  4. Our team will guide you through the pickup process

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after product pickup and quality verification.
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment method
  • COD Orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (details to be shared by the customer)

How to Initiate an Exchange

  2. Share your Order ID and contact details
  3. Mention the exchange reason
  4. Upload at least two clear images of the product
  5. Confirm the replacement preference (same item or size variant)
